Our non competitive program teaches children of alll ages technically correct gymnastics while emphasising safety, fun and the feeling of ‘I CAN DO IT!’  Children work on a skills using progressions to develop gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise and Trampoline.  Skill building equipment is used to enhance learning while thematic lesson plans add to the fun.  Our preschool aged gymnasts are given the building blocks that lead into USA Gymnastics Levels I - IV skills that are the basis of our school age gymnastics program.  The results are plentiful as gymnastics increase their overall strength, flexibility, hand eye coordination, spacial awareness & balance while having a blast & gaining confidence.

Our highly qualified staff has background in national level and university competition, private club instruction, cheer and education in child development.  Many Rock ‘n Tumble staff members are safety certified and USA gymnastics professional members.  In addition, our instructors obtain a fingerprint clearance and background check through the city of San Diego.
