  • General: Rock 'n Tumble is fully insured for mobile gymnastics instruction. A group of 6 students requires approx 20'x20' of space for class so we can set up to maintain physical distance. Smaller groups can use a smaller space, or even an open garage. Please note: our instructors will need approximately 20-30 minutes before and after class to properly set up and clean equipment.

  • Safety: Our instructor can wear a mask during class, just let us know your preference! We use a CDC recommended electrostatic micron spraying system and hydrogen peroxide based products for deep cleaning - this is the same system used on airplanes and in hospitals for cleaning non porous surfaces. We also use cavi-cide hospital wipes to super clean the equipment before and after class. Our instructors take a health assessment before class and only teach when they are healthy. Students wearing masks is optional and this choice is left up to the parents.

  • Student:Student contact: The amount of student:student contact varies to meet the groups' comfort level. For instance, siblings will likely not have any student:student contact requirements, but family friends might and we are happy to accommodate. We have lots of color coded equipment (hula hoops, vinyl shapes, etc) to help the students distance during class time if needed.

  • Student:Teacher contact: The amount of student:teacher contact is adjustable based on the groups preference. You choose what works best for your group:

    1. No spotting/direct contact (the instructor uses demonstration, proper matting, and progressions to teach skills)

    1. The instructor uses a combination of demonstration and progressions, plus the parent is included to provide spotting during a portion of the class as necessary (this option requires parent participation)

    2. The instructor uses a combination of demonstration, progressions and spotting when necessary for the safety of the children

  • Cancellation Policy: Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to one week in advance. We will happily help you reschedule a cancellation due to weather or illness. Please email classes@rockntumble.com for more information.
