Recreation Center Classes
Intro to Gym Rollers (walkers - 36 mo)
Led by our knowledgeable staff, parents accompany the young gymnast as they develop fine/gross motor & reading readiness skills, gymnastics, rhythm & movement. Our young gymnasts especially love the parent/child partner skills, gymnastics circuits, bubble play, music sticks and parachute time!
Gym Rollers Gymnastics (3-4 years)
Our teacher led gymnastics classes for the young gymnast are full of action and imaginative play. Classes are designed to develop gymnastics using progressions on ‘kid sized’ equipment: vault, bars, balance beam, floor, air-track/tumble-track and trampoline while promoting learning, cooperative play, safety and FUN!
Academy Gymnastics
(5-6 & 7-11 years)
Our program teaches technically correct gymnastics skills using progressions in a safe environment. Classes include instruction on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, air-floor and mini trampoline. Our experienced instructors will develop your child’s strength, flexibility, agility, and confidence. Rock ‘n Tumble makes learning FUN as kids discover the joy of gymnastics!
