Academy Gymnastics
Our highly experienced instructors bring portable gymnastics equipment: bars, balance beams, mini trampoline, AirFloor, AirSpots, inclines, and special shaped equipment to teach gymnastics to children. The hour long class includes warm up, circuit training, tumbling and gymnastics apparatus progressions, conditioning, and cool down exercises. Classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility while learning skills and having FUN!
At Rock 'n Tumble, safety is our highest priority. Our instructors are USAG recreational gymnastics certified and Safety certified. We use CDC recommended and a FDA electrostatic cleaning system to super clean our equipment prior to/after each class. A Skill Chart system with simple to more challenging skills are used to aid in instructing and mastering gymnastics skills. Students earn ribbons as they complete a skill card and then advance to their new skill level. The semester culminates with a performance for students to showcase their new skills!
